
The story
After being the Head Chef at a Suffolk Country Pub for 3 years I decided it was time to move on and follow my one true passion, pastry.
Setting up in my home kitchen and rolling pastry for days on end is truly where I want to be and I’m a firm believer that everything tastes better wrapped in pastry.
Five years on and you can find our pies in several Farm Shops across East Anglia and on tables across the UK!
Our ingredients
I use local suppliers only, fresh veg from the market, an excellent relationship with my butcher and fresh Suffolk eggs are delivered regularly.
I’m adamant you can taste the difference.
